DocuSign for $1,850 Cremation Service

If you are ready to begin filling out the required Funeral Forms for Casper’s $1,850 Simplicity Cremation, please click the button below to launch our DocuSign Electronic Signature process. The signer must be the legal next of kin or authorized agent to the deceased.

Why We Use DocuSign

Families requested the ability to securely fill out cremation forms online and provide an electronic signature. Casper has selected DocuSign®, the world leader in helping hundreds of millions of clients easily fill out necessary forms, collect payment, and sign electronically. We are proud to now offer this convenient, time-saving feature to our customers.

The new process will translate to a reduction in a family’s time spent filling out, signing, faxing/scanning/emailing, and providing credit card information over the phone. This reduces time and paperwork hold-ups, letting you spend more time tending to your loved one and your family. This is just one way our expert team can help alleviate stress during this difficult time.
